Great views and lovely pool area with outdoor tub. Comfortable beds and free afternoon tea. Beautiful decor and furniture that makes you feel like royalty.
Limited coffee options for breakfast and staff was not attentive to service details. Prices were high and some amenities were not available during the week.

Beautiful location and grounds with great activities to enjoy. the staff wasn't rude, but some were not attentive. the room was ok and with decent views if you're lucky enough to get one.
The staff didn't provide enough information at check-in, and it felt rushed chasing down information. the service at the restaurant was slow, not to mention the poorly cooked food that wasn't worth the price.

Entering the conservatory with its beautiful flowers and breathtaking lake view, we were excited to begin our much-awaited vacation. the castle's library and dining rooms were stunningly decorated with ornate furnishings and crystal chandeliers. Our room's bathroom was pristine, although the bed was uncomfortably hard.
The gym was poorly equipped and needed maintenance.
